The beginning of it was a small collection of words by REV. JOHN FLEMING, the first Presbyterian Missionary to the Creeks, in 1832, after they moved west of the Mississippi. To that collection I have been making additions from time to time, as opportunity offered, in connection with my many duties as a minister to the people, and superintendent of several boarding schools among them.
